We are Craftsmen, Pure and Simple.
Here is how we approach a project:
1) Treat your home as our own
“And what is it to work with love?…It is to build a house with affection, even as if your beloved were to dwell in that house.”-Khalil Gibran
There are many quotes from this particular author, and especially from this particular book that watered the seed that became Broadhead Construction years ago. We strive to live the vision of loving our work everyday, and allowing the love of our craft to be transferred to our customers who trust us with their most sacred space: their homes.
2) Take our time + Leave no regrets
It is better to make one perfect cut in a day, than a thousand compromises. Our team is encouraged daily to leave the jobsite with no regrets, and we do not rush, as a rule. Quality over Quantity, always.
3) Integrity + Communication = Success
In our world these two things are inextricably linked. From laborer to master carpenter, from business to client, from designer to plumber, we keep open, honest and respectful communication lines open at all times, and always mean what we say. What that means is that if a mistake is made in the field, it is not kept a secret from the foreman, who does not keep it secret from the project manager. Therefore that “secret” never gets buried in a home to be discovered 5 years later to a homeowner’s chagrin. Similarly, communication about all true desires of our clients is encouraged, no matter how far-fetched they may feel. We are here to build your dream, please never hold back in articulating what that dream is. We may surprise you with our ability to make it come true.
